this lady over here, made a boob enlargement just to taunt her ex boyfriend who jilted her for having a "bad figure."
i truly admire her sense of bravery for the act of "revenge" to her ex boyfriend, but the fact that she posted online and somehow or another revealed to the public eyes. it is ridiculous, you are giving others the chance to learn that "yours" is artificial. You do not need to let the whole world know that the "revenge" is done and you are proud of it.
Girl, have some sense of dignity and even if it is not for yourself, do it for the sake of your parents and family.
And, hell yeah congratulations for having a replacement of your AA-cup size to a C-cup size.

on the other side of the note, honestly i am clueless myself.
i am not sure of whats the changes is like or what it is turning into.
