on why i shall say education is achieved and not received is because everyone can receive their education.and let me point this out again.anyone.and why not achieved,one fact.you are paid by how much you look yourself into the eduction.which means that,you cant simply be in the education just because you wanted to,to be in the education.you have to work hard for it and at the end of the day,you'll be rewarded.and by getting rewarded by doing good in your education and such,you achieved something in your life and in your education.
